The company is registered as a Charity and Public Benevolent Institution and has secured Tier 1 Community Housing Provider (CHP) rating.
BHC has delivered over 1700 units (selling some 300 units to the market) and currently own and manage 1377 units within 39 complexes. With a balance sheet of over $350 million in assets, BHC is a multi-award winning property developer.
In 2016, BHC achieved an investment-grade credit rating (AA-) from Standard & Poors – the only Community Housing Provider in Australia to achieve such a rating.
